Connection Issues Guide

1. Get Minecraft: Java Edition
Minewind runs on Java Minecraft. If you don’t have it, get the official version here.

2. Join Minewind
In Minecraft, go to Multiplayer → Add Server. Enter online43.minewind.net into the server address box, then save and join.

If you can’t connect, try the steps below.

3. Restart & sign in again
Close Minecraft, sign out of the launcher, then sign back in. Run the official Minecraft Launcher with no mods installed.

4. Disable VPN/Proxy
VPNs and proxies might have trouble reaching our servers because cheaters frequently share those networks.

We constantly analyze data to catch cheating and other bad stuff. IP addresses associated with cheaters are often blocked. Sharing those connections may also cause your account to be flagged as potentially related to theirs.

Still can’t connect?
If the issue persists for more than 24 hours after trying these steps, please report the connection issue and we’ll investigate. Include the exact error message and the steps you’ve already tried.
